OKTOBERFEST

We are extremely grateful and thankful for the support we have received! We truly couldn’t do this large community event without your help.

Here is what is happening this week:

1. Raffle Tickets are due by Friday to participate in school incentives.

2. Pre-ticket sales forms are now available. A blue form went home last Thursday. You can also find it in the Crusader Connection. They will be filled and sent home on Friday.

3.We need, and would appreciate your help in donating supplies for the event. Please see the grade level assignments below. 

•  3rd, 5th & 7th Grades - one case of water - can be dropped off anytime
• Kinder, 4th and 6th Grades - two 2 -liter sodas - can be dropped off anytime
• PreK3, PreK 4, 1st, 2nd and 8th Grades - baked goods for the cake walk booth (drop off preferably Thursday & Friday)

A cart will be available during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up all week for supply donations.

4. Volunteer- Pope John Paul II, said the ultimate reason for Christian volunteerism is Christ, who "emptied himself, taking the form of a servant" out of love for humanity.

Please see both Set-up and Day of sign-up sheets below. We could use your help to make this event fun for our students.

Finally, we ask you to pray! Pray for wonderful weather, great fellowship and the success of this Oktoberfest.

2025 LIVE AUCTION ITEMS

We encourage each family to sell or purchase 1 book of raffle tickets. Please prayerfully consider supporting this community event! 

Each family that sells their quota, the students earn

the right to wear spirit dress

the week of November 3^rd-6^th,

excluding mass day. 

Also, 100% student and teacher participation earns a special class prize!

Proceeds from the Oktoberfest directly benefit St. Anne Catholic School so it is important that we do our part.

We are looking forward to a fun family event of games, great food, and live and silent auction. Thank you for your continued support of our community.

CALLING ALL CRUSADERS

We need your help in baking or purchasing items for our cake

walk. We are looking for cakes, cupcakes, brownies, muffins etc. Allergy friendly baked goods are welcomed as well, please label accordingly. Thank you!

Not able to physically help but would like to be a part of the Fall Festival?

First and foremost, we ask that your PRAY. Please pray for the Fall Bazaar team, our St. Anne Community (church and school) and the success of the bazaar. Pray that all those who attend have a wonderful time and it not only helps in uniting our community but provides an opportunity to bring us all closer to God.

Second, if you are in good health, join us for as little or as long as you're able. Come and be a part of this day full of faith, family, fun and fellowship.
