Homecoming at St. Boniface
Join us for an outdoor coffee hour. We welcome back the St. Boniface choir on September 19.

Sunday, September 19, after the 11:15am Mass.
Sandwich Sundays at the Oratory
Beginning on Sunday, September 19 at the 6pm at St Boniface the Oratory Young Men's Group (OMG) will begin collecting sandwiches in support of the Catholic Worker soup kitchen on the Lower East Side. If you would like to participate, here are the details: two slices of baloney, one slice of American cheese on white bread with a bit of
mayonnaise. Each sandwich should be in its own bag. Any number of sandwiches will be appreciated, and immediately following Mass, Fr Anthony will bring all sandwiches donated to the Catholic Worker. The plan is to have this collection once each month at the 6pm Mass. For more information, contact Fr Anthony, andreassi.anthony@gmail.com.
St Boniface Parish Pastoral Council
We are pleased to announce that three At-Large Members were approved as uncontested nominations for two-year terms: Denise Fraser, Jason Manske, and Stacy Jacob.

Two new members were also approved for one year, to replace two previously elected people who were unable to continue the final year of their terms.

We thank John Linder and Mary Maloney for filling these one-year terms. Our sincere thanks go to Don Bendernagel, Mary Hiebert, Tracy Garrison-Feinberg, Joe Aguanno, Katina Ciceron and Glen Gregorio for their stellar service to the PPC.
Eucharistic Ministry at Assumption
As we look at reintroducing Eucharistic Ministers in the coming months, we would like to have a Zoom meeting with those who have been in the ministry and those who might be interested. We will not be returning to a common chalice anytime soon. We are hoping to have one EM per Mass to safely distribute Holy Communion with the Presider by section. Even if you are uncertain about participating in the coming months in the ministry, we would appreciate your participation to get your perspective.

Please let Mary, mimitee924@gmail.com or Fr. Michael mcallaghan@oratorychurch.org know if you will be able to join us.
