Cheer season has started!

First weekend of GVFL games

Our first weekend of cheering at GVFL games happened this past weekend during Patriots Day, where we had a moment of silence and played the national anthem before each game. Though there was lots of rain, it didn’t stop our cheer teams from cheering on our winning football teams! We also had so much fun dancing to Build Me Up Buttercup at halftime at each game.

GVBL Winter League 2022-23

Registration for GVBL Winter League opens Sept. 15th!

Due to the limited amount of gym space, the GVBL Winter Rec League will be open to ONLY GVSD residents with limited spots per division.

GVBL will once again offer divisions for girls and boys in grades 1-8 and a boys HS division. The Junior Hoopsters program for 4-5 year olds will open in late October.

During the season, there will be a one hour weeknight practice and a one hour game on the weekend. Games and practices will be held at a location within GVSD boundaries.

Whitford Charitable Trust

We hope you can be part of the celebration at Whitford Golf Course and join GVCO and Hall of Fame Coach and Honorary Chair of the Event, Dick Vermeil for a weekend all about community.

The Whitford Classic will take place Friday, September 23rd - Sunday, September 25th. To be part of the celebration you can:

Purchase raffle tickets: Grand Prize $2500, 2nd prize is $1500 and 3rd prize $1000.

Each ticket costs $100 and only 200 tickets will be sold.
