  • Also a reminder that there are no classes Labor Day Monday.

  • This month's recipe is a delicious raw vegan cheesecake. Even if you are not vegan you will love this and can share it with vegan friends and family.

  • This month's article is on nourishment and nutrition. It's an overview of our food and it's function. Look out each month for a continuation of this series that will examine our diets in details and arm you with a better understanding of what best fuels your body for optimal health and wellness

Through the use of stability balls, class members will learn to work the core muscles with a variety of customized movements while improving balance, core strength, and joint stability. BYO Ball to this class. 5'-5'5" 55cm ball. 5'6"-6' 65" ball.
