  First Wednesdays at the Suisun City Train Depot Plaza - Final Event for 2017
 
Join us for the last event of the 2017 season of First Wednesday at the Suisun City Train Depot on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at 177 Main Street. There's wine, appetizers, and music outside at the Train Depot Plaza.  
 
Cost: $15 per person - includes six tasting tickets; each ticket is good for a 2 oz. pour (or two 6 oz. glasses) of Suisun Valley wine, plus sampling of appetizers from Ironwood American Bistro. Live music from local artists every month. Convenient parking in the public lot across the street.
 
Suisun City Ghost Tour

The Suisun City Ghost Tour has two tours for the remainder of the year and will return in January 2018.

The final two tours will be held on Friday, October 20 and Saturday, October 21. The Friday tour will start at Virgil's Bait Shop, 201 Main Street; the Saturday tour will start at the Lawler House, 718 Main Street.
 
The walks are guided by Solano County Paranormal, a Fairfield based paranormal group.

Each Ghost Tour is limited to 20 guests  and is approximately two hours long.  Due to the serious nature and adult subject matter involved with some local history, as well as the sensitive topic of ghosts, children under the age of 10 are not permitted, and any guest under 18 must attend the tour with an adult.
   
Barkissimo Opens Wine Bar
The new wine bar on the yacht Barkissimo, Suisun Sunset, is now open! Featuring the best wines from the region and beyond, as well as fun beverages and food, the Suisun
Sunset will be open from mid-afternoon until a bit past dark every day until the weather turns cold. A glass of wine on the upper deck of an 80' yacht while enjoying the sunset is a truly memorable moment! Located at 600 Solano Street (at the dock) in Suisun City. For more info, call 510-545-7734.

Wednesday Club to Hold Pancake Breakfast 
The Wednesday Club is hosting a pancake breakfast from 7 to 10:30 a.m. at the clubhouse, 225 Sacramento Street. Ticket prices include pancakes, eggs, sausage or bacon, plus a beverage or orange juice. Children younger than 5 are free. Tickets can be purchased at the door. Wine Tasting on the Square Continues through October

Waterfront Fall Events
13th Annual Waterfront Festival Featuring Art, Wine & Chocolate

The 13th annual Waterfront Festival featuring Art
Wine and Chocolate will be held Saturday, Oct. 7, 
11 am - 5 pm at the Suisun City Historic Waterfront (Main and Solano Streets).

The festival features wine by the glass, musical entertainment, more than 85 artist/artisan booths, plus booths featuring fine chocolate culinary delights.

The event is free to the public; attendees may purchase wine by the glass (6 oz.- must be over 21) for $10 (includes commemorative glass); refills are $8. 

Whiskey & Honey, Noon - 2:30 p.m.  
Center stage entertainment includes Whiskey and Honey, Noon - 2:30 p.m. and The Black Rock Project, 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. 

We love pets, BUT a Suisun City ordinance prohibits them

at outdoor events, so please leave them at home for the event (exception: service animals).
A City of Suisun ordinance also prohibits smoking at events.

Halloween Parade & More 
For more than 50 years, the Halloween Parade and Costume Contest sponsored by the Suisun City Firefighters Association has been the community's focal point for Halloween festivities.

  • Date  - Tuesday, October 31
  • Put on your best costume for the Annual Halloween Parade and Costume Contest
  • Registration will be at Main Street and Driftwood beginning at 3:30 pm. The Parade and awards will follow after
  • Prizes awarded by age category
  • Treats & fun sponsored by the Suisun City Firefighters Association
  • The Waterfront businesses hold their annual Trick or Treat event following the parade. Visit participating Waterfront District businesses for a special holiday treat.
