Newsletter October 2018
RAC Family,

Fall is here and the holidays are right around the corner. We are reaching the home stretch of the year, so don’t lose your momentum. Dream big. Accomplish those goals. Launch yourself past mediocrity and find total fulfillment in your life!

Never surrender your dreams to noisy negatives. No one can make you feel average without your permission. Just know that as you achieve success, criticism will be there. Don’t let that shake you. People who throw mud, lose their ground. Build your foundation on stone.

“Criticism is a compliment when you know what your doing is right.” Stay strong. Stick to your plan.

Rest assured that we will be your biggest advocate here. We want you to aspire big. We understand that those who make great strides are those who take chances. Go out on a limb, that’s where the fruit is.

If you need extra support, don’t hesitate to join one of our many programs. Whether you need the accountability from one of our Personal Trainers, the camaraderie of a small group class, or the energy of a large group class, you can find it here!

See you out on the fitness floor! -BG

Hello and Goodbye's
After serving RAC members, guests and the front desk for many years, RAC was sad to say goodbye to Nick. His familiar smile will be missed. We are, though, very excited for his new adventures chasing his passions and education.

A second sad goodbye at the RAC front desk is the departure of Sam. Sam has been (and still will be) a Rollingwooder' for many years. We have seen him grow through swim and as a consistent warm welcome in the evenings at the front desk. Sam promises he will frequent RAC, and we look forward to catching up when he is here.

The new, but familiar smile, is that of Carmen Barney who has been promoted to the Member Services Manager position and she is thrilled to jump in to the role. She has a successful background in serving people and business and loves the RAC Community. If you haven't already, please say "Hi" the next time you visit RAC. She is excited to get to know you.
