Hello Chiropractic Lovers!


I'm Jillian Edgar the new Chiropractor at We-Fix-U in Cobourg, Bowmanville AND Peterborough!

So a little about me; I love to read, play/watch baseball (I'm a huge Blue Jays fan), my dog Remy is my whole world and I love my job! 

I became a chiropractor because I love sports and over the years, had my fair share of injuries. I suffered from back pain for many years that hindered my performance. Chiropractic care changed my life. I was back to playing the sports that I loved and feeling better than I ever had. My chiropractor helped me find #PAINFREE living but also helped me prevent it from returning. 
My goal as a chiropractor is to do just that. Becoming #PAINFREE is always my number one goal but discovering the root cause of why that pain occurred is equally if not more important. 
I vow to work with you through body dysfunction to get you back to your favorite activities and prevent future injury.

Now that you know who I am and what excites me, how can I help you?
 
I look at your body from a big picture perspective. I will look at the area that is causing you discomfort and the surrounding areas to make sure we are attacking that nagging pain from all sides. I create flexible treatment plans that we will design together to make sure you get better as soon as possible. I use manipulations/ adjustments, mobilizations (a less aggressive alternative to adjustments), soft tissue therapy for tight muscles, acupuncture, exercise prescription and lifestyle modifications to improve your health.  I can't wait to pick up where Dr. David Blair left off and I look forward to meeting you,
