Heidi has completed her training as a STOTT(TM) Certified Pilates Instructor through Bodycenter Studios in Seattle. She will be fully certified this Fall.

Crishna Grelle
A lifelong athlete, Crishna discovered Pilates
while practicing bodywork. She was inspired by her clients who came in with a certain grace and confidence about them; she discovered their secret was Pilates. So intrigued by their presence and good posture, she set out to study and become a Pilates instructor herself. Crishna enjoys working with one-on-one with clients and teaching small group classes. She brings joy and fun to everything she teaches and tailors every session to each person's abilities and needs. Crishna is a STOTT(TM) Certified Pilates Instructor and received her training through Bodycenter Studios in Seattle. She has been teaching for the past 10 years in the Seattle area.
"What are some hobbies you are passionate about?"
"Argentine Tango dancing and cooking with friends and family."
Crishna's current openings:

Tuesdays 4pm, 6pm, and 7pm

Robin Houde
Robin is certified through Body Arts and Science International (BASI). After, being introduced to Pilates in 2013 herself for chronic pain caused by scoliosis, she quickly realized how beneficial Pilates was. Pilates became her passion and she made the decision to divert career paths. Not only has Pilates been a successful therapy in the relief of pain caused by scoliosis for Robin, but she also realized the multi-faceted cross-training benefits that pair well with an active lifestyle (Some activities include long-distance running, hiking, cycling, and kayaking.) Since then, it has been her goal to effectively guide and enrich the lives of others through this art of movement.
"What are your favorite Pilates exercises?"
My favorite Pilates exercises are the side kneeling arm series and supine hip series (legs in straps) and any variation of planking!!!
Robin currently has no openings. If you would like to be placed on a wait list for future appts, please contact the studio.
Crystal first fell in love with Pilates in 2003 and was immediately hooked by the mind/body challenge that every exercise required. She completed her classical Pilates training with Power Pilates in 2005. For the past 12 years, she has enjoyed sharing the brilliance of the system with everyone from people rehabilitating injuries to world-class athletes, by helping them to challenge their bodies safely to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. She knows that Pilates is a lifetime practice necessary to have the strongest, most flexible, and injury-free body she can have and she wants every client to be able to experience that as well!
How did you start on your Pilates journey?
I was working for a top-level show jumper on the international show jumping circuit who was taking Pilates. She recommended it to me and I was hooked from my first session. I loved the challenge of balance, coordination, choreography and presence of mind.
Crystal's current openings:
Thursdays 5pm and 7pm
Our mission is to provide "strength for life" to our community. We hope to see you soon!
