CMM Cares Annual Wine & Dine Benefit Gala
Next Thursday! Join the Long Island business community on October 7th for a night of delectable cuisine and fine wine at the stunning Flowerfield in St. James. Ticket and sponsorship proceeds will support nonprofit organization CMM Cares and their Adopted Family Initiative. With funds from last year, CMM Cares changed the lives of three families, including a veteran, a child suffering from a debilitating medical condition, and a family who lost their home. We hope to see you there!

CMM Closes Sale of Long Island Dance Studio
Don Rassiger led CMM's M&A team to close the sale of a Suffolk County-based dance studio. With the support of Ashley Tibett, the deal closed despite pandemic-related delays and a last-minute issue regarding the client's PPP loan. Thanks to our conscientious team, this sale will allow the business to remain part of the local community for future generations.

CMM Represents AI Tech Leader in Complex M&A Transaction
Our Corporate team recently closed a deal for a longtime client in the artificial intelligence industry. Great job by Vincent Costa and Marc Saracino, who handled all of the company’s corporate formalities and negotiations, successfully executing a stock purchase agreement. CMM also helped negotiate the terms of a multimillion-dollar loan agreement, which our client used to enter into an M&A transaction with another large-scale tech firm.
