Fall Yard Sale

October 1st at 6:00 AM

Harlan Ranch will be hosting our Fall Community Yard Sale Saturday, October 1st. Advertising for the Yard Sale will be run in the Fresno Bee online and print. It will also be posted to several online outlets.

Signs will also be posted on all the main entrances. Residents are welcome to post additional signs within the community directing traffic to their specific yard sale. We ask that any additional signs be taken down by 2:00 PM same day. The gates for both Vantage and Barclay Square will be open the morning of the yard sale.

It's Shred Time

October 3rd - 10th

We are extending our shredding for an entire week to accommodate as many residents as we can. Iron Mountain will be dropping off secure drop boxes into the Harlan Ranch office for residents to bring their shredding to. As the containers fill, Iron Mountain will pick them up for shredding.

Residents will be able to drop off boxes Monday - Friday during office hours or by appointment. The first 2 boxes will be free, anything over that will be $5 a box (box size is bankers box, paper bag, or equivalent).

Donut Day

October 5th at 7:00 AM

"Donut" forget about our monthly mid-week treat! Starting at 7:00 AM we will be hosting our donut drive-thru at the clubhouse.

We will be keeping it classic with your choice of glazed, chocolate glazed, or the maple bar. We will have waters and Capri Suns available at the drive-thru and at walk up. We will also have fresh coffee to enjoy for those residents walking up.

Lawn Games Night

October 7th at 6:00 PM

Join us out on the lawn for some great family lawn games. Team up with your friends and neighbors for a chance to win some fun prizes.

Stay for a showing of Hocus Pocus after the sun goes down. We will have our Harlan Ranch concessions for you to enjoy spooky treats.

Car Show & Concert

October 14th at 6:00 PM

It's time for our 6th annual Harlan Ranch Car show. Got a cool car in your garage? Sign up and bring it down to share with your fellow residents. We love to see all the neat cars whether a good old classic, tricked out, or unique off the show room floor it's time show them off. During the car show we will have live music playing for residents to enjoy.

House of Spirits Night

October 27th at 6:00 PM

21+ Night

Who is ready for a spooky evening filled with spirits and fun for our 21+ residents? Join us in your Halloween best and sip cocktails poolside. Nibble on some haunted appetizers, and watch a classic black and white movie with us.

October 28th starting at 5:30 PM

Our family-friendly haunted maze is back again this year and better than ever! Join Dracula and the crew for an evening as you tour our haunted maze. When you finish snagging all your goodies from our spirits and ghouls relax on the grass with some dinner while you catch up on some episodes of Hotel Transylvania.

Holiday Market

Do you have something you make and sell? Would you like to participate in our 2nd annual Holiday Market? We are looking for vendors for this upcoming year and want to make sure that everyone can participate in our Holiday Market this year.

Our goal is to have a wide selection of items available for sale for residents to enjoy and purchase for the upcoming holiday season.

Game Night

We are launching our first Family Feud game night. You will be able to sign up as a team or sign up as a single player and get added to a team the night of.
