Join us for World Communion Sunday on October 5. This is a combined service starting at 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary. The children are invited to join us for a special procession as we carry flags from all nations to celebrate WCS. Please plan on arriving at 10:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary to practice. The M&M's children's choir will also be singing!

2025 Pumpkin Palooza

Our annual Pumpkin Palooza is just around the corner! Bring your whole family (and friends!) for trick-or-treating, games, food, and the First Church Pumpkin Patch with free pumpkins! This is a very popular event in the downtown community, and many hands and hearts are needed to help bring it to life. Click here to sign up.

Chili Cook-Off

Everyone is invited to enter a pot of chili for our Annual Pumpkin Palooza Chili Cook-Off! Prizes will be awarded, along with a year's worth of bragging rights! Plus, all our entries will be served to our attendees following judging.

Pre-Palooza Set Up Party: Friday, 10/10

Enjoy a hot dog dinner in the church parking lot as we set up the First Church Pumpkin Patch from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.!

Angel Friends of First Toy Drive for Northwood Elementary

This year's toy drive for Northwod kicks off on October 12. This year's goal is to provide 500 gifts! - one for each student! Learn more on the church website by clicking here.

Wrapping & Pizza Party Head to the Allred Center on December 3 for a pizza dinner before we package the gifts with bows. Click the image to RSVP by 12/1.

Gift Delivery Help is also needed to transport the gifts to Northwood following the 11:00 a.m. service on December 14. Grab a sleigh-full and drop it off at Northwood on your way home!

Thanksgiving Biscuits & Bingo

Hanging of the Greens Worship Service

Save the date for the Hanging of the Greens service on Sunday, November 30! This will be a combined service starting at 10:30 a.m., and children and families will have the opportunity to help decorate our Sanctuary for the Advent season! The M&M's Children's Choir will also be singing.

Family Movie Night

Also happening on Sunday, November 30: Family Movie Night! We will be showing "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Allred Center. All the movie snacks you can eat will be provided! Check out the movie trailer below, and please RSVP by 10/28 by clicking here.

Family Advent Kits

Families are invited to discover "The Christmas Promise" this Advent season with a special kit that contains the makings for a family Advent Wreath, daily devotions, an Advent Calendar, the book "The Christmas Promise, and all the supplies needed for some family holiday fun!

Kits will be available for pick up on Sunday, November 30, at the Hanging of the Greens Service.

Annual Dewey's Pop-Up Shop

This year's Dewey's Bakery Pop-Up Shop will begin on Monday, November 24!
