Dear friends,
As we enter this fall season I send wishes of health and wellness. Fall is a time of letting go and as I exhale I will share that there is much that I hope changes in the upcoming season for us as a species, a country, a world, and a planet. I want you to know that we are in this together.
Being home in my body, living in one's body, is a tool that has helped me get through difficult times like now. That is one of the main reasons I fell so in love with Continuum Movement from the first class. One of the golden nuggets of this time is the opportunity to be able to take advantage of many people and many groups that have come together to share their knowledge like no other time. A wonderful example of this is the Embodiment Conference which happens to be titled: Come home to your body. ;-) I will be sharing a free class on Continuum Movement as a way to come home-- I hope you will join me. The entire conference is free and there are over 1000 wonderful presenters like Dr. Stephen Porges, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Don Hanlon Johnson, Peter Levine, Dr. Gabor Mate, Jamie McHugh, Daria Halprin, Elizabeth Andes Bell, Liz Koch-- I could just keep going on but better for you to check for yourself. Please find more information below and how to join to get free access.
Next week our newsletter will include our newly graduating class and teachers of the European/Greek modules. They are a wonderful addition to the next wave of Continuum Movement. Please feel free to contact our office if you have questions or need help and support in these times-- We are here for you!
Waves of Caring,
