Farewell Melinda!
We would like to let you know of a change in our Care Connections & Education office.

Melinda Collier's last day was Sept. 11, 2020, after 12 years of providing care, support and encouragement to our early learning community.

She will be greatly missed by us and so many of you.

Training Opportunities:
The CKC Challenge:
Over the course of Fall, Winter and Spring terms, we will be offering the opportunity to receive training in all 10 CKCs. We are challenging Early Learning Professionals from Douglas, Klamath & Lake Counties to get training in every category! As you travel through the CKCs, you wil earn different achievement levels that each have rewards including tickets for a drawing to win some amazing prizes!

The Challenge Starts:
 October 1, 2020 and continues through April 30, 2021.
Douglas County First Aid & CPR Classes:
First Aid & Infant CPR is provided by
UCC Community Workforce Training. Cost is $89
Upon completion, please send Michelle (michelle.bassett@umpqua.edu) your certificate so we can record it in ORO.
