will open on Saturday, September 26 at 10:00 AM. Please read the email below for instructions information about our new system for scheduling and contact info@tcgis.org with questions.

Fall Conference Structure

There will be a mix of virtual or in-person appointments and in-person drop-in windows, depending on teachers’ schedules. Click here to view all teachers' schedules including their room numbers. Please reference your child(ren)'s schedule in Infinite Campus to find out their teachers' names.

Instructions: Signing Up for Conferences

You will be able to complete this process starting on September 26 at 10:00 AM

1. Refer to the teacher schedule spreadsheet to determine which slots will require signing up for a specific appointment via the teacher's link. Time slots highlighted in yellow mean that the teacher has limited availability during that slot. For appointment slots (not drop-ins), you will need to sign up for Google calendar appointments with each teacher. No appointment is needed for drop-in times; you can just go to the teacher's room.
2. Click the link in the Calendar Link column (this will become visible when the window opens at 10:00 AM on September 26) for the teacher you want to book a conference with.
3. Select the day (you may need to click the right arrow to view the days of the actual conferences) and pick an available time.
4. Confirm your name and email and click "book."
5. You will receive a confirmation email with the calendar event. If an appointment is virtual, you will receive a meeting invitation with a link after your appointment is booked; for in-person appointments, you will receive a meeting invitation with no link after booking.
6. If you need to cancel/reschedule, you can click the "cancel appointment" button in the confirmation email and then book a different appointment.

To be best prepared for signing up, we suggest that you have the following information on hand on Saturday 9/26:

1. A list of all teachers you would like to see. Please reference your child's schedule in Infinite Campus if you need to.
2. The times you are available for conferences. The calendar links will tell you the available slots for all teachers.

Conference Room numbers and Google Meet links

1. Teachers' conference Google Meet links and room numbers are listed next to their names in the Conference Directory.
2. Teachers are on a tight schedule for conferences. Please do your best to join your conference on time and to stick to the scheduled time frame.
