GREAT JOB EVERYONE! The first group run/walk was a huge hit! Thank you to all of you who participated. We had runners and walkers of all fitness levels and it was a blast! EVERYONE found companions to train with and completed the course. Way to go! If you were unable to participate last week, we missed you! Please join us for our next group training this Saturday. You will be glad you did!

Every Saturday at 7:00 a.m.

This Saturday, 8/22 we will meet at CYB!

We will begin with a quick prayer and stretching at 6:50.  Running/walking will begin promptly at 7:00.

It's not too late to join the fun! Simply show up early on Saturday with your friend to sign up and you and your friend will receive a t-shirt (while supplies last).
