Spooky Springs Returns!
Celebrate Halloween in Sandy Springs on  Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 6-8 p.m.  at Abernathy Greenway Park! Join our costumed characters for a not-so-frightful evening filled with the fun sights and sounds of Halloween! Residents in adjacent neighborhoods are strongly encouraged to walk.

Statewide Rankings at the Sandy Springs Tennis Center
Tennis players keep their eye on the ball, but the community should keep their eye on tennis players at the Sandy Springs Tennis Center! The junior program boasts 60 players between the ages of 7-11 as being ranked statewide! (In the photo: Marco Skrinjar and Evan Rigsby). Lost Corner Events
The cottage at Lost Corner Preserve is a cozy setting for their Fall Lecture Series. Learn more about the area's history and marvel at the natural beauty in their Discover Nature Series. Most programs are all-ages and ideal for families to spend time together.
Monthly Photography Club
It’s time to put your phone down, grab a camera and discover the wonderful world of photography. The photography club meets once a month at Lost Corner Preserve and covers a variety of topics to help maximize photos opps and avoid photo oooops! This is the perfect time get involved with to capture the picture perfect moments of the holidays. Learn more by visiting the club's Facebook Group.
Holiday Hoops
Mark your calendar for this year's Holiday Hoops Basketball Skill Challenge! The event is for middle school boys and girls grades 6th - 8th and features a 2-on-2 round robin tournament, free-throw and 3-point shooting contest. Friday, December 1, 2017 - Check-in at 5:30 p.m. Competition begins at 6 p.m. at Sandy Springs Middle School 8750 Pride Place
Save the Date for the Daddy Daughter Dance
Mark your calendar for one of the year's biggest date nights! The 9th annual Daddy Daughter Dance is scheduled for Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. with registration beginning November 6, 2017. The event will be held at Spalding Drive Elementary School. The cost is $35/father-daughter and includes a keepsake photo; $10 each additional daughter.
