Hello JUSA Families,

The best day of the year, Picture Day @ Yorba Linda Middle School!

Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to meet your team at the school lunch tables. Players should arrive in full uniform (jersey, shorts, socks), no cleats, and bring the banner for the team photo.

Once your entire team has arrived and is ready, coach or team manager should check in at the front table. You will be directed to the queue to go to the field for your picture time.

Important reminders:

• Arrive early to allow for traffic so we can keep the day's schedule on time.
• Review the site map and anticipate minor delays.
• Park ONLY in locations designated on the map:
• Yorba Linda Middle School Main Lot
• Yorba Linda City Hall Lot (off Casa Loma)
• Lasorda House (but note, EXIT ONLY from Lasorda gate, no event entrance here)
• Casa Loma street parking (follow all posted signs - no residential neighborhood street parking).
• Only Coaches and Team managers in the team photo will be allowed on the field with the players. Parents stay at the lunch tables and meet the players at the exit.
• If you can't make your picture time, remember that we have 200+ teams to get through and can't rearrange the day's schedule because one player on a team can't make it. Individual pictures only can be taken at a make-up date later in the season (no team pictures at make-up day).

JUSA SELECT teams, if you are playing in a tournament on 8/23, we will work with your game schedule if it conflicts with the time listed. Coach should email us as soon as they know the schedule.

PICTURE PACKAGE

Every JUSA Rec & Select player will receive, as a part of their season registration:

• 8” x 10” Memory Mate (team photo + individual), 4 wallet size photos, and 1 collectible photo button.

Additional prints, photo items or buddy/sibling photos will be available for purchase on picture day (pay via cash, check or credit card at the field). If you are not ordering additional prints, just check the box on the form that says "Not ordering additional items". Every player must have a form in hand for the photographer.
