Roots of Presence: A Mindfulness & Movement Journey

Slow down, listen deeply, reconnect with your innate wisdom on Sunday September 28 from 1:00-3:30pm.

Step into a gentle exploration and renewal of self through this mindfulness meditation and movement workshop designed for all levels (no experience necessary). Learn how to root more deeply into the present moment, release tension, and awaken a sense of inner spaciousness through a combination of guided meditation, mindful movement, nature-inspired practices, and reflective journaling.

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing for gentle movement
• A notebook or journal and pen
• An open mind and heart
