Enjoy Pre-Meeting Fellowship (Visitors Welcome): Come as early as 8:30 a.m. to enjoy light breakfast snacks, fellowship with other meeting participants and meet David Rollins. This is also a time for last-minute registration. Visitors are encouraged to come for morning fellowship and opening worship. Once the worship is complete, visitors are welcome to stay for the business meeting or depart to enjoy their day.

Lunch Will Be Served! Lunch will be provided by St. Giles Presbyterian Church for $10.00 per person. Registration coming soon.

Will You Need Child Care? Child care will be offered from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for children five and under. Parents will need to pack a lunch for their children as well. Please send an email to Jessi Higginbotham to make a reservation by Tuesday, September, 26.

Docket and Display Table Deadline: Please submit display table requests, reports and docket information to the stated clerk by email no later than Tuesday, September 26.

New Commissioner Training: New commissioner orientation, by the Stated Clerk, will be held at 9:15 a.m. in front of the sanctuary.

Excuse Requests: Beginning with this meeting, there will not be requests for excuses. Our Stated Clerk has determined that, even though the recording of excuses is a tradition still held in many presbyteries, G-3.0104 only requires attendance to be recorded. In an effort to make the registration process simpler for both the Stated Clerk and participants, requests for excuses will no longer be necessary.

The mission of the Presbytery of St. Augustine is to support our faith community so that together we are a greater witness to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
