Registration is Open: For everyone's convenience, and to help us plan for the morning reception and lunch, we are asking minister members, commissioners and visitors to register when you receive this email. Please register no later than Tuesday, Sept. 24, (a week before) using this link.

We ask that you please come prepared with the materials printed or prepared to access the materials from your own devices (ex: smart phones, laptops, tablets etc.). A complete composite of exhibits will be available soon.


Enjoy Pre-Meeting Fellowship: Come as early as 8:30 a.m. to enjoy light breakfast snacks and fellowship with other meeting participants. This is also a time for last-minute registration.


Lunch Will Be Served! Lunch will be provided by First Presbyterian Church of Palatka for $15. The menu will feature a taco bar catered by Velchoff’s Corner. To register, click here.

New Commissioner Training: New commissioner orientation, by the Stated Clerk, will be held at 9:15 a.m.
