NECC Run Club Starts Soon!

Gear up together for our Turkey Trot run with our NECC Run Club that starts this Saturday, July 18, 10am-11am!

Our NECC Run Club gives members the opportunity to meet and run the Turkey Trot route weekly on Saturdays, from NECC to Grant Park and back. This route is 3.1 miles (5k) and folks can run, walk, or both.

This is a member-led crew; your participation drives our momentum! There is an option to meet earlier in the heat

of the summer, determined by the Club.

The NECC Run Club Crew will have a special role with the

Turkey Trot as they will be very familiar with the route. Come join the fun!

Yoga for Menopause Workshop

The transition through menopause is not a physical stop, and definitely not a decline. It’s a neurological rewiring that prepares women to be leaders and community wisdom keepers.

During this 6-week somatic yoga workshop we will navigate the transition through empowering healing themes covering The Neuro-Renovation, Cooling & Calibration, Piercing the Fog, The Stress Circuit, Sleep Restructuring, and The Big Upgrade.

Grounded in neuroscience and somatic movement, each 90-minute session offers a sanctuary. Expect breathwork, meditation, movement, guided connection, and journaling. Bring a mat, a water bottle, and be ready to move.
