Donations
Thank you to Edge Mutual in Drayton for the $5,000 donation to FCSSGW! Executive director Joanne Young Evans is seen here accepting the cheque from Thomas Newby. The funds will go toward providing free same-day services at the Harriston mental-health clinic. The clinic runs every Tuesday from 1-7pm.
Trillium Mutual Insurance donated $5,000 to FCSSGW through the ROOTS Community Fund for upgrades to equipment and software used to provide mental-health counselling. The current technology being used is dated and is preventing FCSSGW from delivering mental-health services to as many people as possible. The donation will support the development and increased accessibility of our rural programs and Distress Line. Thank you, Trillium!
