Greetings!
Welcome to a new season, as we move from summer to fall, and as crazy as this year has been, we have embraced an attitude of adapting, moving forward, and thriving. We are thrilled that we have had the opportunity for the past six months to review, renew, and re-engineer our office for the new challenges in all of our lives.
Let’s update you on the office:
We all have been back at the office full time since the beginning of June, and we continue to practice social distancing and wiping all surfaces down after meetings and before we leave for the night.
Katie continues to focus on elevating the client experience, and ensures that our client’s Retirement Income Plans (RIP) are accurate and realistic. She and her husband recently purchase a new house, and they have been busy with home improvement projects.
Maggie has been promoted to Assistant Wealth Manager, while continuing to make sure all client expectations are met and exceeded. She is looking forward to another snowboarding season.
We would like to introduce Michelle Gallagher as a new team member. She will begin managing office administrative duties (payroll, marketing, social media) remotely, we are excited she has joined the team.
We are also extremely thrilled to offer some new enhancements to our practice for you, our clients:
1. You Can Now Text Us (505-888-5070): We now have a solution that allows us to text you that is compliant. We still welcome email and calls, but texting gives us the flexibility to quickly communicate if needed. Just remember we still must have verbal confirmation of address changes, email address changes, and/or check requests. We want to be safe secure, and compliant. Look for a welcome text from us to get started, you will receive a welcome text from David M Gallagher with Gallagher Wealth Management. If you want to text us, please reply to the text with the word “accept”.
2. Schedule Once: You now have the ability to schedule a phone appointment or a Tactical and Strategic Meeting by clicking on a link on our website or email and select an open time in our calendar that works best for you (go.oncehub.com/DavidGallagherMP).
3. Zoom: We continue to offer virtual meetings but have changed our preferred partner to Zoom. We will email you a link for the meeting and when it is time to meet, you will simply click on the link. If it is your first-time using Zoom, you will need to download an app on to your computer or mobile device. The app download will launch automatically.
4. File Request from Box: You now have the ability to send us any supporting documents we may need without requiring cumbersome websites, passwords, or email attachments. We will email you the link, and you only need to drag the documents to the link you opened.
6. New Reporting: Next year we will be deploying new reporting solution for our clients that have completed their Retirement Income Plan (RIP) and Riskalyze questionnaires, this will provide you a complete picture of your plan. If you have not completed a RIP or Riskalyze questionnaire we will be reaching out to you to get you started.
What makes us different?
We get this question often, and I do not want to oversimplify anything, but it comes down to our people, practice, and process.
