Time is running out for you to complete the three wellness premium incentive activities:
The deadline is November 30th for all three.
Wellness Participants, those who complete the three activities this fall AND will be participating in one of the Benelect health insurance offerings from the university in 2019, will receive $25 each month in their paycheck. And they will have the opportunity to earn $100-200 more in 2019.

Join us for a Two Part Series on Grief

This month our partners at Impact Solutions will offer two classes, Grief 101 and Grief in the Workplace. Learn about the bereavement process and personal differences in how people grieve. Then, get some insight on how to help a grieving coworker.

Don't Forget to Attest to 2018 Program Completion!

If you are a 2018 Wellness Participant and have completed programming in one or two of our six program areas (Community, Financial, Nutrition or Weight Management, Physical Activity, Stress Management or Tobacco Cessation) don't forget to attest to completion in HCM:

Main Menu - Self Service -Benefits - Wellness Program Participation.
Select the proper tab and make sure to attest and SAVE.
NEW this Fall, Health Coaching with Omada
If your biometric screening results indicate that you are at risk for metabolic syndrome in 3 of 5 areas of concern:
  • Blood Pressure
  • HDL Cholesterol
  • Triglycerides
  • Fasting Glucose
  • Waist Circumference
you will be invited to join the Omada program.

If you choose to participate, you'll get your own interactive program, wireless scale, professional health coach, peer group, weekly lessons and more.
