What To Wear: Tennis shoes and layered clothes (for adjusting to activity and temperature)
Food: Snacks will be provided. Please bring a refillable water bottle.
Weather: Due to the unpredictable weather patterns during the fall, all registrants will receive an email if the conditions are not conducive for an outdoor activity. Please be sure the email submitted in the registration form is one that is regularly checked.
