FEATURED CLASS
Mommy & Me
Mommy & Me is a class for moms, dads, and caregivers to move their bodies and bond with their little ones. 
The workouts are split up depending on the age of the child. For children not able to walk yet, workouts are created to support postpartum healing; baby wearing is allowed. 
The children able to walk, workouts can include cardio, strength training, and bootcamp-style workouts that 
get the whole family moving.
