A Fitness Pass is needed for participation.

Chair Fitness with Greg Martin
Don’t let the word “chair” fool you. The chair is a fitness tool, not a place to relax! With chair exercises you can perform a seated routine that rivals any you’ve ever done on your feet.

Total Body Boot Camp with
Greg Martin
Beginner and Advanced welcome. Burn calories, improve strength, learn new movements. A total body workout from calves to shoulders! 

Hatha Yoga For All with Janet Martin
Focusing on the integration of body, breath and mind, this practice of Yoga involves guided body awareness, breathing and classical postures resulting in increased strength, stamina and endurance. This non-athletic approach improves cardio-fitness, creates deep spinal relief and promotes overall health and well-being.
