Happy Fall Snap2Close Clients,

The first day of fall is Saturday, September 23, 2023—the same day as the autumn equinox—in the Northern Hemisphere.   While we may be a few weeks away from those beautiful fall colors showing up, at least it is a sign that our summer has departed.

Scottsdale REALTORS® is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade association serving nearly 9,000 REALTOR® and Affiliate members. It primarily services Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Carefree and Cave Creek communities.

This year, Steve Bauman, Coldwell Banker Realty is one of the qualified candidates for a board seat in 2024. Steve is a Snap2Close client and has been a pleasure to work with for the last couple of years. He has been in Coldwell Banker’s Top 1% for the past two years.

While I am sure all of the candidates are qualified, I know that Steve would be an exceptional board member. Steve served in the U.S. military for 22 years and served in seven combat tours before retiring from the 75th Ranger Regiment. He then attended the University of Minnesota and earned a doctorate in science. Hmmm, should we call him Doctor Bauman?

Seriously,  Steve was also President of Phi Alpha Honor Society for the entire School at ASU and sat on the board for National Association Social Workers and Psychologists.  I know that his clinical experience has helped him hear and understand his colleagues. His leadership, business and real world experience make him ready to serve on the Scottsdale REALTORS® board of directors.

Customer Satisfaction Survey

Last month, we launched a new customer satisfaction survey for you to complete. We sincerely appreciate the 100% high quality ratings that ALL of you have passed along.  But one question has me concerned and that is “How well do our products meet your needs? 7.7% of you have marked the “Somewhat Well” answer.

So I am reaching out to you for suggestions on how we can improve our product offerings. We are in business to serve your needs, so if we can do better then please let us know.

Fall Special Offer

As most of you know, we provide you with branded and unbranded property websites for each photoshoot order. Our Fall Special is to have our customer support department customize those sites to match your brokerage or company’s colors.

We will also try to update the websites with a current photo and logo. If we do not have that information then someone will contact you so that we can give you the best service possible.

By now you may have already used our new client portal, Aryeo to order photoshoots and download media. In December we will be fully transitioning into our new back office. For now we are still hosting our archive in our old back office software, Full Frame. If you have any media you would like to download from old photoshoots please do so as soon as possible. You may contact our office with any questions.
