Larry & I celebrated our anniversary this past Sunday on top of Aspen Mountain where we were married 29 years ago! We also really enjoyed the Bluegrass music at the Sundeck! See info. below.

It is hard to believe how fast the last three months flew by as our glorious summer season draws to a close. It was almost impossible to get a dinner reservation except at 5pm or 9:30pm unless you planned weeks in advance. The town is much less “crowded” or just way less busy than last summer because so many people went back to Europe or anywhere overseas. The hiking, biking, and all outdoor sports are still glorious. We should be blessed with lovely weather at least into October. Hope you will join us!
REAL ESTATE UPDATE
Real Estate prices continue to be high even though there are more listings. Those of us who have been in the business a long time are doing off market deals. I am truly enjoying mostly working with my wonderful clients from years past. I am seeing daily price reductions so it is “almost” time to start writing more offers!

Jazz Aspen Snowmass’ future in historic downtown landmark secured
Nearly three years after Aspen City Council cleared the founder of Jazz Aspen Snowmass to launch a jazz performance and education center downtown, Jim Horowitz said he expects the project will get rolling before the year is over. The old beloved Red Onion restaurant should RE-open sooner rather than later and the second floor was approved for JAS -Jazz Aspen Snowmass to build a club. CLICK HERE
