Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga
Feel free to stand, sit or try a little yoga on your board!
Don't worry, if you miss this one we'll have another one in October!
Class is 90 minutes long and will allow some time for you to become accustomed to your board and being on the water.
Please bring a water bottle and a towel. Wear clothes that you are ok with getting wet - just in case!
