Capitalized terms used in these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) without definition will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions

To qualify for the 15% discount off of the Best Available Rate (as defined below) on weekday nights at participating hotels worldwide (the “AARP Fall Into Savings Sale”), an AARP Member must, between September 19, 2022 and November 30, 2022 (the “Booking Period”), on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), book a Qualified Stay that consists of, or includes, a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday night (each, a “Weekday Night”), and complete such stay by December 2, 2022. Any stay booked and completed in accordance with the foregoing requirements will hereinafter be referred to as an “Offer Qualifying Stay”. For clarity, the 15% off discount will only apply to the Weekday Nights of an Offer Qualifying Stay. Any Friday, Saturday or Sunday night (each, a “Weekend Night”) included in an Offer Qualifying Stay will receive the AARP standard discount of 10% off of the applicable participating hotel’s Best Available Rate for such night(s).

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, begun prior to September 19, 2022 or completed after December 2, 2022, will not qualify for the AARP Fall into Savings Sale. Blackout dates may apply and will vary by individual hotel.

For purposes of these Offer Terms,

“Best Available Rate” means: the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested; and

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (ii) the official tollfree reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the AARP Fall into Savings Sale; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the AARP Fall into Savings Sale; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Reservations with this rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations can be canceled in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy and can vary by hotel. Reservations canceled outside of cancellation policy and no-shows will be charged, at a minimum, first night plus tax.

Room type exclusions and additional restrictions may apply and will vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the AARP Fall into Savings Sale will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the AARP Fall into Savings Sale may result in an ineligibility to receive the Fall into Savings Sale discount. The Fall into Savings Sale and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

Tax is additional, and, except as provided herein with respect to applicability of both the Fall into Savings Sale rate of 15% off of a hotel’s Best Available Rate, and the AARP standard discount of 10% off of a hotel’s Best Available Rate for Offer Qualifying Stays that include both a Weekday Night and a Weekend Night, rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registrationbased, bonus point promotions.
