Spend the Night at Maryland Science Center!


The Maryland Science Center is hosting overnight camps for any Scouts in 1st - 6th grade! Camp-In is a one-night overnight program that combines an indoor, overnight adventure with exciting, interactive science education.


All Camp-In events include IMAX and planetarium shows, hands-on space science workshops and activities, and time to explore many of the museum’s interactive exhibits. Check-In begins at 5:15 PM. The program runs from 6:20PM and ends at 9:00 AM.


Registration is now open.

Apply to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Scout of the Year program, a tradition rooted in a century-long partnership between the Boy Scouts of America and the VFW.


This prestigious program seeks to honor local Scouts who exemplify exceptional citizenship, patriotism, and a deep love for their country.


Nominations are open, so be sure to submit your nomination to youth@vfw10076.org by March 1, 2024. Eligible Scouts include Eagle Scouts, Venturing Summit Award recipients, and Sea Scout Quartermasters, making this a remarkable opportunity for our future leaders.
