A Message from our Founders regarding FallCall and the Coronavirus Pandemic

Dear FallCall community members- As the physician founders of FallCall Solutions who are currently on the frontlines of emergency care, we are all too familiar with the concerns and anxieties associated with the current Coronavirus Pandemic. In addition to the medical impact, the societal and economic affects have yet to be fully appreciated.

Given these extraordinary times, we want to provide you with some clear reassurance:

FallCall Solutions is running strong and will be there whenever you, your family and/or friends need us!

Operationally, we are continuing to support our growing user base through improved efficiencies at the level of our servers and our 24/7 call center. Additionally, we will be releasing an update to the Apple Watch/iPhone FallCall version in the next couple weeks that will make sign-up and setup easier for users. Finally, we are hard at work at bringing our subscription service to Android. We anticipate this to be released in 1-2 months.

As always, FallCall will remain FREE to download and set up for use with care group members. Because we all have do our part to be respectful of today's economic challenges, FallCall Solutions will be releasing a version of the app that will provide 1 FREE MONTH OF SUBSCRIPTION MONITORING for all new customers. Given there is no contract, you can cancel at any time.

We want to be able to provide "peace of mind" for as many people as we can during this unprecedented time.

In closing, we hope that everyone makes it through this period as healthy as possible and we thank you all for your trust in the FallCall medical alert app. We always appreciate hearing about your experiences/feedback.
