Fall-themed fun in STEM!

Apple picking is a fun fall tradition to enjoy the crisp air, vibrant orchard scenery, and a nice juicy apple but, what if you could produce power from something so sweet...


Or those glowsticks you used on Halloween, do you know how they work?


Learn how using a few simple materials you can learn how to transform an apple into a small battery that generates energy!

Preparing for the 2025-2026 FAFSA Form!


The 2025–26 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form will be available to the public on or before Dec. 1, 2024. To apply for federal student aid, such as federal grants, work-study, and loans, you need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.


There is limited amount of federal student aid, and it can sometimes be distributed on a "first come, first serve" basis, so it is important to fill out as soon as possible! Read more through the link to see the steps to complete and ensure the best aid towards your future!


Fibonacci Day is

November 23rd


Fibonacci Day honors the famous mathematician Leonardo Fibonacci and his introduction of the Fibonacci sequence to Western mathematics. This sequence appears in many natural patterns, from the arrangement of leaves on a stem to the spirals of shells. Fibonacci Day is a fun way to explore the beauty of math in nature and its applications in STEM.
