Elective Scheduling Evening for Parents
Wednesday, February 12 at 6:00pm

Parents of current 6th and 7th grade students are invited to attend an information session on Wednesday, February 12th beginning at
6:00pm in our Multi-Purpose Room (MPR). We will share information about elective courses we expect to offer next year and answer parents' questions about the selection process. Additionally, beginning at 7:00pm, we will be presenting
information on our AVID elective program. You are welcome to stay if you would like to hear about the class from the AVID
teacher and current AVID students!

Please note that Fallon elective night begins at 6 pm and Jazz Band Concert at DHS starts at 7pm. Parents attending both events should be able to capture some part of elective night.

I mportant Yearbook Announcements
GREAT NEWS  regarding yearbooks and 8 th  grade ads!
Did you forget to purchase a yearbook before the deadline? This week ONLY, a limited number of yearbooks will be made available through ASB. They will be on sale at the ASB window and on the ASB online store now through Friday, February 7, or when they sell out – whichever comes sooner. The cost is $55. While there may be a few overruns available for purchase at the end of the year, buying yours now is the only way to guarantee that you will get one. Unsure whether you have already purchased one? Look for your student's ID number on the list of yearbook sales posted outside the ASB window to confirm your purchase.  
Want to give your 8 th  Grader a special gift?   How about a personal ad in the yearbook? Ad sales have been extended through Friday, February 14 or until all ads are sold, whichever is sooner. The cost of an ad is $35. Space is limited. Design your own and purchase online from your laptop or desktop (does not work on mobile devices). Go to   https://yearbookforever.com   and select Fallon Middle School. Ad sales are for 8 th  grade families ONLY ; ads will not be permitted for students in other grades. One ad per student, please.
