Wednesday, November 18th from 3.30-6.30pm
If you received your child's report card by mail,
it is not necessaryto attend the conference.
Report cards will be available for Parent/Guardian pick-up and our teaching staff will be present to discuss your student's progress to date. We are requesting that all teacher conferences be limited to five (5) minutes to allow all families an opportunity to meet with their student's teachers. If additional conference time is required, please schedule a separate meeting with your child's teacher. Students are encouraged to attend with their parents. If you are not able to attend either conference night, report cards will be available for parent/guardian pick-up on Thursday, November 19
in the school office. We look forward to meeting you!
Cookie Dough Fundraiser
The Band/Orchestra cookie dough orders will be arriving on Wednesday, Nov. 18th, between 12-2pm.
Distribution to the students will take place right after school at 2pm in the MPR. As Parent Conferences start at 3.30pm the MPR, we need to get the cookie dough picked-up immediately after school dismissal. If your student sold cookie dough, please be ready to help get it to your car. We will have hand carts and dollies available for the larger orders. Please note: we do not have any space to store cookie dough. All orders MUST be picked on the the 18th.
If you cannot pick it up, please make arrangements with neighbors or friends.
We also have a great need for parents to help sort the orders and serve the students in getting their orders starting at 1.00pm on this day. If you can help, please email Mr. Carpenter at: email@example.com
DUSD's Savers Clothing Donation Drive
Please note that DUSD, in partnership with Dublin Integrity In Action, is holding a Clothing Donation Drive with the Savers store located on Regional Street in Dublin. The Drive promotes the November Character Trait of I am Caring, the December Character Trait I am Giving as well as the importance of Recycling. The much needed funds raised from the bags of clothing and items will support Wellness and Character Education programs.
The bags/boxes of clothing are being collected for two weeks only: November 30th-December 14th. Please see the attached flyer.
