Halloween Costumes
Halloween is right around the corner and we want our families to know what is acceptable for costumes to make this a positive and fun environment for all. We ask for your support in helping students to comply with these district rules for middle school students:
·          Costumes must comply with the school dress code and be age-appropriate (no R-rated themes) and be respectful to others.
·          No full-face masks
·          Students' costumes may not include pretend weapons and/or explosives. Toy guns, swords, knives, or martial arts weapons, etc., are not allowed and will be confiscated if brought to school.
·          We are also asking for your cooperation in NOT allowing your children to dress up as clowns due to the possible disruption and fear it may cause. If anyone shows up with a clown related costume, they will be asked to change
Please help your student select costumes that support our efforts to provide a positive and fun environment.

Homework Expectations on Halloween

Fallon teacher leaders, in collaboration with student leaders, have made an adjustment to the Fallon homework policy for Halloween night. Teachers will not give new homework assignments on Tuesday, October 31st, that are due on Wednesday, November 1st. Teachers may assign homework on Monday that is due on Wednesday, however, so please work with your child Monday evening to be sure all homework due on Wednesday is completed. This will ensure that your child can enjoy a carefree evening of Halloween fun. Happy Halloween from the entire Fallon staff!

Health Office Information

As we continue to experience the heat of an extended summer, please help us prevent the spread of lice by reminding your child not to share combs, brushes, or hats, and to limit the hugs! It is a good idea to periodically check your child's hair to make sure they do not have lice.  Please click  here  for more information.
