Traffic Safety

The Fallon staff continues to have serious concerns about the safety of our children during drop off and pick up times. Please remember that it is illegal to load or unload passengers next to a red curb or in a crosswalk. Instead, please instruct your children to wait for you next to the white curbs. You must also stop to allow pedestrians to safely use the crosswalks -- pedestrians always have the right of way. The school staff has asked the police department to monitor and ticket offenders to protect all our kids.

Thank you to all the Fallon parents who chaperoned Friday night's Halloween Dance. Many students have asked whether they are allowed to wear costumes to school on Friday, October 30th. S tudents may wear costumes on Friday if  they choose to do so. Costumes must comply with the Fallon dress code and be age-appropriate (no R-rated themes). Masks and accessories present possible safety issues and are not allowed -- they will be confiscated if brought to school on that day. Students who prefer not to wear costumes are encouraged to wear black and orange for this spirit day.

This is a great and easy way to earn money for our school. You get to shop in all your favorite places and the companies then donate a portion of your spending back to the school. Please visit the eScrip link on our website to sign up or get further information.
