Welcome back to school! We are thrilled to see our students and staff, whether in-person or virtually, back at school today!

The purpose of this e-newsletter is to inform you of important events and announcements and to celebrate our students and staff throughout the year. You will receive this email every other week, so please check your email often! (Note: due to emailing hundreds of email accounts, this email may end up in your "promotions" or "spam" folder. Please check these folders if you stop receiving our emails.)

here are a few District-related items you should know:
Holidays & No Classes
Our 2021-22 District Calendar lists all District events and days off from school. Please add these important dates to your calendar. Additionally, each school has a daily interactive calendar posted on our website as well.

Skyward Family Access
Familiarize yourself with Skyward Family Access, which allows you to view school-related information about your children including family contacts, attendance, grades, schedules, food service balances, and more.

Back to School Family Night!
HJT1 students and their families are encouraged to attend their school's Family Night this September! More detailed information will be in the next newsletter!

Lincoln Family Night: September 28 from 4-7 PM
Central Family Night: September 29 from 4-7 PM
Rossman Family Night: September 30 from 4-7 PM
Free Meals for HJT1 Students
All Hartford Jt. #1 students are able to receive meals for breakfast and lunch at no cost for the 2021-22 school year. A meal must include one serving of fruit and/or vegetable to be provided at no cost.

Breakfast Times:
Lincoln & Rossman: 7:50 - 8:10 AM
Central Middle School: 7:40 - 8:00 AM

Board of Education Meetings
The public is welcome to attend school board meetings. Regular meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the District Administration Building at 402 W. Sumner Street unless otherwise indicated. The next meeting will be held on September 28. Learn More >>
