Theme: "Learn Along" Bingo - Celebrating Winter
Welcome to "Learn Along" Bingo with PBS Kids!  This week, we're learning how identifying behavioral changes in the winter helps us to see how animals (including humans) change during different seasons to adapt to the environment and survive.
Two age level areas are available – PreK-K and Grades 1-2.
PreK-K
This activity collection offers ideas about adapting to the weather and changing seasons. Can you draw your favorite fall and winter activities?

Grades 1-2
In this packet are suggested crafts about animals and people living with cold weather. Maybe you will make the dogsled craft from Molly of Denali. You will need thin cardboard to make the sled.
Feed the Birds
During the winter season birds are looking for food. Make this bird feeder craft from Nature Cat, and hang it outside to feed the birds. You can use peanut butter or honey as the glue.

December Baking, here we come!
Baking with kids is a wonderful way to spend time together creating something that inspires joy. Baking treats to share, whether in person or via mail, can help us feel closer. December newsletters will offer simple cookie recipes from America’s Test Kitchen Young Chefs’ Club, encouraging sweet-treat holiday baking together. This week’s recipe is Blondies!
A Charlie Brown Christmas

A Charlie Brown Christmas is coming this holiday season. This special will air on Sunday, December 13, at 7:30 pm. Tune in for Charlie, Snoopy, Lucy, and the whole gang. Click here for WMHT’s TV schedules.
