 Summer Recipes for Kids
Strawberry Crème Paletas
Hot summer weather calls for a cool snack recipe. Paletas are Mexican-style frozen treats that start with fresh fruit as their base. Ingredients are simple – strawberries, heavy crème, honey and lemon juice. You will need adult help using a food processor or blender

Strawberry Refrigerator Jam
Jam out with this sweet strawberry spread! Use seasonal strawberries for this simple refrigerator strawberry jam. Some adult help is needed cooking on the stove top, and testing for doneness. Did you experiment making other jam using blueberries or peaches?
