Planning for School
New routines and schedules will soon be in place, as you prepare for in-school or at-home studying. Start now to plan what you need to do for these changes. Use this weekly planner chart from Molly of Denali to organize yourself.

Help Children Cope
What can parents and children do to cope with anxious feelings? While there are plenty of strategies out there, “STOP” is a 4-step plan you can use to gain more control over anxiety-causing situations like back-to-school. These four steps from PBS Parents may be helpful for your child’s anxiety.
