Griffins TV
Griffins TV’s success during a pandemic is attributed to the students who were heavily involved with streaming our broadcasts, including juniors Ben Naes and Calvin Curran along with sophomores Charlie Rycenga, Luc Woolbright, and Tyler Troung. All five joined GTV as freshmen. Their efforts allowed Griffins TV to stream 88 events this school year to over 30,000 viewers, including family and friends as far away as Greece.

COVID Vaccine
If your student is fully vaccinated over the summer, please email a copy of his vaccination card to our school nurse at Visit the St. Louis County Public Health website for vaccine information for those 12 and older.
Vianney suggests that all faculty, staff, and students receive the COVID vaccine as recommended by the CDC, leading medical authorities, and our Department of Public Health. These health organizations also advise that masks continue to be worn for large, indoor gatherings like high school campuses.
Blessed William Joseph Chaminade
I will no longer call you servants...But friends (Jn 15:15). Friendship should have its base in reason, but in a reason enlightened by faith. Among the pagans there have been few true friendships; and even among Christians, how many unholy friendships because they have not been purified by religion. (1) We enter into all the affairs of a friend and think we are required to do so by some obligation. (2) We enter into all the passions of a friend, even the most uncontrolled and violent. (3) We enter into all the mistakes of a friend, even the most contrary to religion and the most badly founded. For it is both covenant and ratification of the covenant. This chalice is the new testament in my blood (1 Cor 11:25).
We ask that you keep the following members of our school community in your prayers:
  • Wendy Brown, wife of staff Scott Brown '84
  • Ramon Gallardo '21
  • Jack Prange '21
  • Faculty John Mohr
  • Jack Higgins '25
  • Andrew Knirr '21
  • Karen Gauvain, wife of faculty Dave Gauvain
In Memoriam
Please pray for the repose of the souls of our dearly departed, including:
  • Ray Remiger, grandfather of staff Jeremy Remiger '98
  • Nita Reichert, grandmother of faculty Jillian Hoge
We invite you to submit prayer requests, including any special intentions.
