Blessed William Joseph Chaminade
"In what way is Jesus Christ the life of our souls? . . . The soul is the life of the body; God is the life of the soul (Saint Augustine). I am come that they may have life and may have it more abundantly. On our God to see God’s patience, God’s justice, etc. . . . God’s patience and mercy . . . not to root up such a beautiful tree which God had planted. . . . Not to lose the work of God’s hands. . . . Why does God wish to uproot the tree? Because it is fruitless. . . . Why does God wait? Perhaps it will bear fruit. . . . We must ask, 'Lord, let it alone,' at least . . . 'until I dig around it,' etc."
We ask that you keep the following members of our school community in your prayers:
  • Wendy Brown, wife of staff Scott Brown '84
  • Ramon Gallardo '21
  • Jack Prange '21
  • Faculty John Mohr
  • Jack Higgins '25
  • Bob Schnur '79, husband of staff Elaine Schnur
  • Andrew Knirr '21
  • Karen Gauvain, wife of faculty Dave Gauvain
In Memoriam
Please pray for the repose of the souls of our dearly departed, including Karl Heinz, uncle of Mitchell Montgomery '21.
We invite you to submit prayer requests, including any special intentions.
