Black and Gold Spirit Day
Students may wear official Vianney logo clothing tomorrow, October 30. Halloween costumes are welcome as long as students continue to wear their COVID masks. We encourage students and their families to follow health and safety guidelines when celebrating this Halloween. #HappyHalloween

Upperclassmen Schedule
Juniors and Seniors returned to campus three days a week beginning yesterday, October 28. We will continue to host the entire student body on campus each Wednesday by using non-traditional spaces like the Marianist Art Gallery as classrooms. This is the next step in safely hosting all of our students on campus.

You may need to adjust your arrival time on Wednesday mornings as we are screening the entire student body before classes begin at 8:15 am.
Graduation Orders
If Seniors have NOT placed their order for graduation announcements or accessories, visit Jostens by this Saturday, October 31.
Senior Quilt Square
Quilt squares are due Monday, November 23. Blank squares were sent in Senior Packets at the start of the school year with instructions. If you have any questions, please contact Lisa Hackett at 314-965-4853 ext 147 or lhackett@vianney.com to celebrate this senior class tradition.

Poinsettia Sale
The Alumni Moms are holding their annual Poinsettia Sale. Please download and submit your order form by Friday, November 27. Pickup is Thursday, December 3, from 11 am to 3 pm in the Commons.
If a student experiences ANY symptoms of illness, please keep him home and notify us at nurse@vianney.com. This is in addition to contacting the Main Office at 314-965-4853 ext 100 to report the absence. Your student should attend all classes online until cleared by our nurses to return to campus.

A+ Program
Seniors working toward the A+ scholarship need only complete 25 hours of mentoring or tutoring this school year. Contact Dennis Matreci at dmatreci@vianney.com on how to complete this requirement.
College Application Dates
Seniors are encouraged to check priority application and scholarship dates for their colleges. Students who apply by November 1 often receive first consideration for scholarships, dorms, and class registration. 
NCAA Eligibility
The NCAA Eligibility Center is hosting a webinar for student-athletes and their families on Saturday, November 7, at 1 pm to discuss eligibility adjustments. 
ACT Prep Course  
If you would like to prepare for the December ACT, Sarah Kheriaty is hosting a Zoom course beginning November 4. It is $350 per student with a $50 discount if a sibling previously took her course.

MSHSAA-sponsored winter sports practices begin Monday, November 2. Students must have a current physical on file to participate.
