Butternut Squash and Brussel Sprouts


INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cups butternut squash, cut in small chunks
  • 1.5 cups Brussel sprouts, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Pecans, dried cranberries, olive oil, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and pepper



INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Toss butternut squash and Brussel sprouts with with olive oil, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pepper until fully coated.
  2. Air fry at 390 degrees for 10 mins.
  3. While the butternut squash and Brussel sprouts are cooking, melt butter, maple syrup, and soy sauce in a pan or microwave. Stir to combine. Then add in pecans and cranberries. Set aside.
  4. When butternut squash and Brussel sprouts are finished air frying, stir in the pecan and cranberry mixture.
