Play, socialize, and learn. Join us for open play in our children's room.


Our April guest is Ellen Rislove, pediatric occupational therapist with Adaptive Pediatric Therapy. She is available to answer questions and give tips on sensory processing and regulation strategies!

  • Learn about how to prevent or get through the picky-eating stage

Babytime

Ongoing | Weekly

Wednesdays 10-11:30 a.m.


  • A free weekly playgroup in Somersworth for babies 0-18 months and their caregivers.
  • Babytime is a fun morning out while socializing your little ones and chatting with other adults.
  • Held in the Families First classroom at Idlehurst Elementary School.


Babytime will not run during April vacation week (4/24).

Weekly Playgroups

Ongoing | Weekly

Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 9:30-11 a.m. (Location Varies)


Join us for a fun morning out at playgroup!



  • Weekly in Portsmouth, Somersworth, Epping and Exeter.
  • Our playgroups are free. No signup is needed. Everyone is welcome.
  • Family Morning Out is for children 0-5 years, with their caregivers. Expect crafts, snacks, songs, and social development opportunities for your little one(s).


Epping, Exeter, and Somersworth will not run during April vacation week (4/25-26). Epping will not run April 19.
