January Developmental Talk and Play will be all about sleep! With special guest Alecia Kernus, pediatric sleep specialist! Newborn through childhood, giving tips and tricks for the sleep regressions, the transitions, and the bedtime battles.

A 7-week series offering simple and proven parenting strategies for families of children ages 2-10 years.

Learn effective, age-appropriate strategies to:

Promote positive behavior
Support mental health
Understand the meaning of behaviors
Respond to challenging behaviors

Babytime Playgroup

Ongoing | Weekly

Wednesdays, 10-11:30 a.m.

A free weekly playgroup in Somersworth for babies 0-1 year and their caregivers.
Join us for a fun morning out while socializing your little ones and chatting with other adults.
Held in the Families First classroom at Idlehurst Elementary School.

Signup not required. Drop-in's welcome!
