Family Matters is a publication of the Delaware Valley Family Business Center, April 2020
As we continue to move through this prolonged period of uncertainty, I grateful to hear how you continue to lead and care for your people and your businesses with adaptability and generosity. I am grateful for the opportunities of growth and emotional strength before us.
Many of you – like me - are choosing to use this time to connect in more meaningful ways with family and friends, write down your crisis plans, rethink and reinvent your strategies in light of a new normal,

and prepare for management and ownership transitions more intentionally. We remain here to help.

Stay well and remember to tend to your souls,
