This year, let us all make a resolution to get to know our neighbors!
Family Matters Newsletter
Volume 2, Issue 1               March 2018
In Oxford County we are all spread out and live in very rural communities. This holds both many positives and challenges. One thing we see in rural communities is that it is harder to be social which can limit our supports.

We are learning that the stronger relationships we have in the community, the healthier we can be physically, emotionally and it can even help make our families healthier and happier! ( )

This year, let us all make a resolution to get to know our neighbors. We can join a work group, parent group, or even a play group! Find out more about what is happening in our communities and take it a step further to be part of the changes for building and growing a stronger and healthier Oxford County!
